1985 Calif. 720 KC 4wd Z24 m/t Carb.Model???

does anyone know which model Hitachi carb. was used on a 1985 720 KC 4wd w/ a Z24 and m/t., or where the model # is. Also it doesn't seem like my secoundaries are openning soon enough on the carb, how do you adjust them to open sooner??, thanks Tom

'85 with the 6 plug Multi Colored wire setup, which I'm assuming this is, is not exactly adjustable. It tries to do things by computer, thus the need for 6 wires compared to the earlier models. Earlier years are much more user friendly, but '85's are almost useless without a carb swap.
