I have gone to two auto shows recently, The Portland Roadster show, and Rod and Custom show here in Portland, Or. I believe both shows had displays from companies that make wiring harnesses for custom cars. Go to a local salvage yard and see if there is something useable. Marine supply stores may have a blank fuse panel(s) you could mount in the truck.

or you could just get it from the dealer.
