Anyone know if 18x9.5 Rota Grids (5x114.3/e20/73) will fit over sport brakes on a 370Z?

Yes, It'll fit.
18x9.5+38 with spacer so effective +18 offset. Clears just fine. The concave spoke design of Grids should leave you plenty of room. Cake walk for a Z.
