my friend gave me his stock 18s of his g35i see alot of you hace 350 rims on ur cars, do have to do anything to suspention to make the 18s fit or am i good to just thro them on?

You are good to throw them on though the tire sizes may be wrong. The 350/g35's usually run a 45 series on 18's when we need a 40 with the sizes that will fit the 18x8 wheels.

alright so if i get some 40 tires they will work fine? no turing problem on the front or anything?

Nope as long as you stay at a 245/40/18 or less your good on the g wheels. I personally am running that size all around on my 350z wheels. a 235 would be a better fit on the g wheels imo though.
