1240 miles + 20 hours= My new CA

Where should I begin, its Friday morning 6:00 am I arrive at work and had a easy day got off around one so I was like hey let me wash my car and when I’m done time to take a nap so I begin to do that and I get a phone call. Its my girl shes broke down on the side of the road and it begins my really long day. I get there ask her what happen she said it overheated and the car shut off. So I was like ok let me check everything. Of course there’s no water nor oil in the thing . So I go buy some oil and get some water for the thing. Change the oil put water in it doesn’t want to turn over. Ok let me check the plugs and see what’s going on. Wait I don’t have my spark plug sockets so I run to sears and buy some. Come back take out one of the spark plugs what do I see white ash frost stuff. I was like ok it’s a little to hot in there so I replace all of those and try again to start it and then I hear the problem sounds like she cracked a piston or a rod or bearing. So the engine is done and it is now its like nine. I take my girl home and pick up my friend and hit the road to ft Lauderdale (620 miles away from where I live) to pick up a CA. The trip was going well until I drank two five hours energy drinks bad Idea. I felt like crap for a while. After many rest stops bathroom trips we make it to ft. Lauderdale. Picked up the motor talk to guy for a little bit and went to get something to eat it is now 10am Saturday and I have been up for 28 hours. So we begin to head back and it starts to pour, so from ft. to Orlando its raining. We make it though that I pull over to get some gas and I smell anti freeze look under my car and what do you know my car is bleeding. Its now like two and where still about six hours for home so I try to make it home. Stopping at every gas station to feel up with water. With all the stops a 9 hour trip turned into a 11 hour trip and I had to be at work Sunday mourning at 6am. But hey I got a CA so everything was worth it. Sorry for the long read.

Aw man that sounds crazy, glad you made it home ok. It reminds me of my 24 hr trip from houston to west palm. Had a bunch of those XXL Monster drink in every state. And stopped at just about every rest areas along the way haha.
