Just acquired my G37 convertible but I can`t charge my phone as non of the cigar plugs are functioning.
I want to try to find the fault and repair it myself.
Please can anyone help.
Grateful thanks,
Martyn

Did you check for a blown fuse?

Did you check the correct fuse and did you follow the troubleshooting in the FSM?

Thanks for your help telcoman
Unfortunately I can`t understand where the fuses are as I only found 2 boxes on my vehicle. 1 next to the battery and another next to the accelerator (RHD).
I`m 71 but not stupid yet and am finding this difficult to understand.
It may be of help if you/someone could point me to the location of the fuse/s so I can test them.

Once again , very grateful for the help.
Regards,
Martyn
