'12 M56s part ID?

I did a midnight grille swap. When I removed the bumper I found this piece lying on the engine bay shield under the driver side headlight. Can anyone tell where it goes. TIA

Can you take another photo or 2, maybe 1 of the backside?

On the one you have, underneath Nissan, what does it say? Hard to tell from the pic

Says Nissan L-LDPE. Has weather stripping around it. Maybe a part for the air intake?
