which mark on the crank pulley indicates TDC for #1 (with the cams pointed out of course)?

should be what 3 marks i think it is. If im not mistaken it is the mark on the very right of the three.

No, the second mark from the left (standing in front of engine) is TDC. The last one is 20, aka stock ka24de timing. the 3rd mark is 5.

It goes like so:

5 - TDC - 5 - 10 - 15 - 20

There might be some yellow paint left on the second one.
