06 Altima Steering Wheel Cover

Hey there ive already made a topic like this before but got no luck with any answers so im pretty desperate to removing my streeing wheel cover. I want to paint some parts on my steering wheel but im not to sure on how to remove the cover where the horn is on the wheel I dont want to pull and yank the thing cause thats never good so hopfully someone can help me out on this one thanks.
