04 Maxima Will not immediately start after pumping gas

I've got a 2004 maxima and everytime I go to pump gas, the car will not immediately start afterwards. It takes about 15 tries before I can get the car to start. It just turns over and over and over.. It also happens if I drive aggressively. I have already changed the gas cap. Any ideas??

check fuel pressure .sounds like a pressure regulator.its on the pump assembly .
