04 maxima 6spd 150k miles

hey guys, I'm a newbie looking to purchase an 04 maxima manual trans with 150k. Clutc an engine feel very strong, oil looks like it was changed regularly. I have already had the car checked by a mechanic and it needs the following:

Left rear wheel bearing
outer tie rod ends
power steering pump
air filter
rear sway bar bushings and links
front struts and mounts
valve cover gasket
cv boots

are there any other major things to worry about?? how reliable will this car be after I replace these parts?
I also noticed the cd player skips and the Sunroof won't open or close but it tilts.

Please help, any advice is much appreciated
