'03 Sedan w/Bose, no SAT button - Audio Question

Hey guys, I'm a new G35 owner and new to the forum... I have a 2003 G35 Sedan with the Bose system and no "SAT" button. I know this question gets asked a lot and I've searched through a lot of the threads but I can't find a solid answer. Is there a way to hook up XM radio and an iPod to my stereo or will I have to get the local Infiniti dealer to replace the HU with a SAT ready one?

Basically, what are my options with the HU I have? Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, anyone know what size woofer is in the back deck? It looks like an 8".
