03' Nissan Stereo lights are out

Hi,my 03' altima stereo works but the light (LED) display is gone. Do I need to replace a fuse? If so where?If not, what is needed to fix this? I need to see my clock....

the unit is completely out now. No audio or anything.

please advise?
