03 Maxima IMMU problem

I have a 03 Maxima that Started acting weird. The door locks would cycle once
and a while then the car failed to start. The tech found the IMMU was not reading
the key. The tech replaced the 28590-C9901 : Control Unit- IM ( replaced IMMU,
program key reset) on March 14. Now the car is acting up again. I heard the door
locks cycle one time. Then the next morning the alarm set its self off in the
garage.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Possibly the body control module.
