Hi All,

I have a '03 G35 coupe. I know that the first year G35 have electrical issues. Anyway, I tried starting it yesterday and it wouldn't turn over. Instrument lights where the speedometer and tach are started blinking. Which seems a little odd. I hooked up battery to a charger for a couple hours and that didn't work either. Then kept charger hooked up to battery and tried but that didn't work either. Battery is only a couple years old. So I'm fairly certain I can eliminate the battery as the issue. I'm thinking the starter or regulator?? Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions??

Thanks!

Pick up a battery hydrometer and check your individual battery cells. About $10
Also check the cables and terminals for corrosion

Good luck

Well used a hydrometer and reading indicates a very good battery. I'm going to proceed with removing and installing the starter
