01 Sentra se suspension difference between 02-03

Why am I having such a hard time finding suspension peices for my 01 SE. Everything I find is for 95-99 or 02-05 What is the difference? Can I use 02-03 springs and shocks? What about stock parts? I found a set of 02 Spec-V springs I want to use but I do not know what the difference is can anyone help?

There is no difference between the 00-06 models. They are all still a B15 chassis. Yes you can use Spec-V springs, struts, shocks, brakes, etc.....

What suspension pieces you looking for in particular?

I just want to keep stock height and upgraded to a stiffer spring and Strut/shock combo. Was thinking KYB's and some spec V Springs. The spec V springs are a little stiffer and should be a good match with the KYB's.

I am open to other Ideas though. This is going to be my DD and the roads are rough in Houston, Do not want to lower it just want it to ride like it did when it was new or a little better.
