'01 QX4 - ETS MTR fuse is missing

I was looking at my fuses and noticed this was missing.
I looked into it and it says that it's the electronic traction system. Seems pretty important. Any idea why it would be missing?

I suspect your 2WD model never had it. The Automatic 4WD models of the QX4 have traction control so the common relay/fuse block has a fuse position for that. If yours never had a fuse there, just like my 4WD Pathfinder never did, there won't be a wire connection on one leg of the fuse slot. As you can see on mine, in the picture below, there is a connector on the right side leg of the fuse slot but nothing on the left side.
