ya im going to explain how to clean your motor's insides!its kinda a long read. so bare with it.For those that know how to work on there own cars. expecially if u havent done any maintainence to this will help crap loads.this is strickly for NA applications ONLY NO turbo or deasel..very important!!if your running high comp its fine this product was made for na anyways.your car should be already running good that means the timing is done.nowIll try to explain this in steps so it'll be easyer.

first thing befor doing any thing u should go and buy these items123 kit from berrymanproducts($15)(FUll system cleanerb12 and fuel system cleaner and intake manifold cleaner),berryman carb choke cleaner b12($4), and berrymanproducts fuel system cleaner($4-5) new motor oil,oil filter(the good one with 99.9% filtration)and may a new filter if u havent got an after market one.(if u have a after market one then clean it with k&n filter recharge kit) oil flush, new spark plugs if needed.u can get all this at your local autozone. The 123 kit can be bought auto zone or u can order it online at http://www.berrymanproducts.com . where i live its like gold ! they usually sell out on this item. It should run about 15 bucks for the 123kit .the pour in it is just $9 but u should do the whole thing. what this item does -->(step 2)TOTAL COMBUSTION SYSTEM CLEANER KIT - POURIN

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Formulated with High Energy Solvent Technology (H.E.S.T.) to clean the intake valve and combustion chamber. One treatment provides two instant emission improvements! Total Combustion System Clean-Up removes preformed deposits in the combustion chamber, reduces intake valve and port deposits and prevents recurring deposits. Enhances performance, reduces maintenance and improves hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions. High Energy Solvent Technology (H.E.S.T.)

The fist step in the kit which is carb choke cleaner. it cleans your throttle body from gunk buildup from prolong driving(you should check throttle body and u will see what i mean)spray the WHOLE can of b12 in the intake manifold make sure u get both sides of the throttle body so its nice and clean (this will make your car idle a whole lot better and save gas)then spray even deeper inside of the intake manifold to get rid of dust and whatever's in there.this product is completely safe for your car. then let it sit for about 20 mins and then start up the car.it should bog a lil and maybe not start(DONT worry it always does this just keep trying to start it up and when it starts it'll studder a bit cause its flushing the fluids u sprayed in there. this means its cleaned every thing inside your intake manifold and intake valves.)now when the motor is starting to rev fine again just rev it up a lil and then floor it and let it idle a bit and u will here it run a bit smoother. Now your throttle body and the insides is looking good time for step 2.

step 2.this is the pour in step fist make sure u have a full tank of 91 or 92 octain of chevron with techron and NO do not pour the step 2 bottle in your gas tank. Now disconnect your vacuum hose.its the one that sits atop of your brake mastercylinder(the brake booster if u call it) there should be like a filter in the middle of the hose dont worry about it this will clean it too.(after this your car should be studdering again..dont worry have somebody inside the car and keep the idle at 2,000 or higher ).then connect the bottle of b12 pourin and watch the lil hose suck up the liquid.(now your car is really starting to studder.DONT WORRY the fuel mixture of air and gas is fine your just adding the special cleaning sollution and u might want to add more pressure to the gas peddle to keep the idle up and once and a while u should floor it while it still sucking the b12)NOW u SHOULD be BLOWING BLACK SMOKE out of your exhaust lol(TONS OF SMOKE be some where u wont get in trouble)... again dont worry thats the gunk build up thats been sitting in your engine. Now if your engine stalls disconnect the hose from the b12 and reconnect the vaccum line and start it up again.then contiue what u where doing till the bottle is emty.if white smoke comes out then great no more gunk in your valves or the piston or the head. this is a good thing=)now let your engine idle for 20 mins to finish all the liquid it sucked up. after a while there shouldnt be any smoke and your exhaust should smell all good.now try driving around till u run out of gas (this might take a couple of days by then your engine light should have turned off).note this is safe for your sensors . it will not harm it but it will kinda make it read the oxygen and carbine a bit off thats why the light turns on. just drive and listen to your motor . it should be purring now and idleling really smoothly.after u burned all the gas in your gas tank time for step 3.

step 3.Go to a gas station and fill the gas tank with the step 3 bottle of b12 fuel system cleaner.info on this item-->B-12 CHEMTOOL® TOTAL FUEL SYSTEM CLEAN-UP (T.F.S.C.) - POURIN

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Formulated with High Energy Solvent Technology (H.E.S.T.) and state of the art detergent to maximize and accelerate the cleaning of intake valves, fuel injectors and combustion chambers. TFSC attacks carbon deposits in the entire fuel system to help restore peak performance, improves starting, driveability and gas mileage. One application is good for 3000 miles. High Energy Solvent Technology (H.E.S.T.) this will not harm the engine but it will help it.after u poored the whole bottle in time for another fill up of 91 or 92 octaine of chevron blah techron.<-- i love chevron gas any how after filling up just drive as u would to work or whatever .after all this is done its like starting over on a clean engine! right now is a good time to explain the the flush part

changing oil with flush. first u should buy 5 qts and a nice oil filter like 99.9% filtration.i know ur car only takes four ill eplain.now this shouldnt take a rocket scientist to change oil any body can do this its easy. befor lifting your car or change the oil make sure your car is warmed up. make sure its on a level ground and then poor the flush bottle in your engine(open your oil cap duh)poor about 8/10th save a lil for later ill tell u in a bit. let your engine run for 10 mins. now turn off your car. jack up the car and drain the oil . (now u should see all kinds of crap floating out of the oil pan. like black debrees and stuff thats been sitting there for a long time.)now after all of that crap is drained (dontplugit up yet)poor in the rest of the flush to clean it even more.now when all of the flush is done then poor in 1qt of oil to rinse the flush stuff out. after all that now plug up your pan and poor in the new oil. now your car is WELL maintained and ready for some hard beating.i beat my car every day lol . well thats it now u have a clean engine on the inside and clean oil..thats about it.. should cost no more then $40 bucks all together but its worth it if u love your car.trust me if u take car of your car , your car will take car of u. now haveing doing all this u should try and smog it and see what the numbers (thats if u still a cat) u will see a BIG difference.and your should be saving gas now instead of burning it.well hope u guys didnt find this a waste of time and may be this should be a sticky or something. this is what i do to my car every 2 mounths or so and i havent had a problem when i started doing this. and my car is 150kand still running strong. i love my car and if u do then doing this process every other mounth will keep your car away from expensive repairs.like head rebuild and such.well im done here i gotta go see my friends. hope u guys enjoyed this. latez B12 ROCKSmaybe this can be a sticky?

nice write up, but from my experience the berrymanb12 isn't as effective as seafoam. you can use seafoam on any engine, not just n/a applications.

oo ya for the moderator...running the system the first time all the through will clean most of the stuff out but some times u have to run step 2 twice .lol i do this like every oil change. and my engine purrs like it should and every two mounths should run a bottle of step 3..keep the injectors clean and all the other fuel system what not.

In there, one of the posts said that it might damage the o2 sensor. Which one is that and how do I remove it?

You got to change your plugs after running Sea foam? Doh! Is this no matter where you put it? Crankcase, gas, brake booster line?

Cleaning the inside of your engine is easy, just pour a bunch of Tide w/bleach in with your oil the next time you change it. Sparkling clean and springtime fresh.
