When you post a mechanical maintenance/repair question, please make sure our Gurus have all the info they need to help you.

This is the kind of info we need (use common sense also):

-Exact year+model of your car, in some instances, even the info if its an early production or late production of a certain model year can help.

-Milage on car, if milage on system experiencing problems is different ,post that as well (example: milage of car, 90k, transmission 5k)

-On hi mile engine diagnostics you should also include info about some key components, like injectors, oxygen sensors, anti knock sensors, MAF, oil pump, thermostat etc etc and whether they are original or not, and if not original ,when replaced and with OEM or not.

-Also tell us about your location ,so we can relate problems that may be temp/humidity related.

-Also be sure to post ANY recent repair and service done to your vehicle, as it may be related (Example: In some cars, improperly done oil filter changes, can cause MAF connector problems, which can result in a whole plethora of serious symptoms)

If possible, please add the car model to the thread title (eg: Maxima/Sentra/300/350, etc)

Thanks!!
