Recently I've been having a problem not being able to use my voice commands when using the phone. When I say " Call Work" it will try to dial #4 or dial #0. It's always worked well in the past. Anyone have any ideas?

I recently started having this problem too. I reprogrammed all of the voice tags a few weeks ago but it is doing it again.

Don't know the reason or the fix. Anyone else have this issue and/or know the fix?

i think in the manual it says you're supposed to say "DIAL ....." and it's supposed to dial. i didnt see anywhere that you're supposed to say "CALL". all my friends are tagged in my car under "DIAL Paul" , or "DIAL mom" , or "DIAL Chris" and i've never had a problem with the car mis-understanding me.

I have the same issue with my 2007 M35. When I say "dial Home" the system responds "dial 0". I get number responses from the other voice tags too. The dealer says it's the Control Assembly (p/n 25915-EJ37B), a $3,600+ part! Can this be? It doesn't sound correct. I'd like some help here if one of you Infiniti electronics Guru's can assist.

Thanks but I'd love to know what part is responsible before making a $600 purchase
