If you are going to put a Nismo FPR into a ka24de do not use type A (22670-RR580US). It is not worth the hassle. It is better to get the braket and universal FPR or any other. Reason:-The Adjusting Screw will hit the head even if you screw in all the way in.-If you bolt it on other way the return pipe will hit instead. you will have to bend it a complete 90, close to the body-There is little room to play with

However using type a on a sr20 is okay. you only have to bend a little Just a little advise

Good luck!

There are swivel adapters (enjuku carries a greddy one) that allow you to space out and swivel the Type A perfectly.

Enjuku and 240sxmotoring both claim that there "little modification" is needed to work with the KA. Is this "little modification" a swivel adapter that you're talking about?

If thats the case, has anyone had any experience with the Tomei Type-S FPR?

Yes they have that adapter but you still dont get much room to work with.

it is better to get the fuel adapter like these and relocate and use something like an aeromotive fpr or sard.

The tomei is a a remote fpr so you need one of the brakets with an fittings and line to locate where ever you like. or you can get 1/8 pipe fittings and use hoses/clamps instead of an fittings.

an fittings and lines looks better >.> if your for looks

aeromotive fpr to top feed rail and 800cc lucas injectors. i like it, except it was a b**** to get the fuel rail mounted on my type 1 Greddy manifold.

in progress pic, i bought the motor used and wanted to make sure it ran fine before we started fabbing up the custom turbo mani. so i just tossed on the stock manifold with no turbo and thru the maf on the intake. it ran like a champ
