It's a RB20. It isn't going to pull hard up top. That's normal

Just kidding man. Is it missing or anything, or is it just not pulling hard? Do you have a wideband 02 or exhaust temp gage or something? Holding steady boost?

Are you using a N60 MAF (as in Z32/300zx) or a 60mm MAF???

If you are, change back to your stock MAF.

If you don't have one, get one.OrChip your computer.

That is your first problem.Which might solve your other problems????

Ya the boost seems to be stable and it just sounds rough when I push it above 5000 rpms. up to 4000 its beautiful boost spools all the way up and its great but ya!

I am actually in the process of getting the wideband. trying to sell some stuff so I can guy it!

I got the E60 maf and the safc ii but cant tune it cuz I got no wideband. I am assuming that this is why its like that but ya, need a wideband!

OK well not sure which MAF is stock for the RB20.But if that is not the stock MAF you need to set/tune your SAFC for that MAF.

SEARCH and you'll find some good info.

and thats your problem. You cannot swap to a different MAF with out a tune to correct for your new maf. Either go back to stock, or find the correct maf settings for your safc.

Never had the stock maf kinda wish I did! plus E60 is not an upgrade lol so it would have been pointless!

can anyone post the settings for the e60 maf on the rb20det using safc?

Just set the In number for the RB20 ecu and the out Number for the RB25 MAF. The numbers should be in the book.

I think its the other way around IN is the maf, OUT is the ecu! either way its the same 4 in 4 out!
