Working at Nissan here in Brazil and can not solve the problem of an infiniti that does not reproduce the sound when listening to the radio the vehicle is 50 miles.I need help from all of you thank you.

Humm, first welcome to the club and second this should be moved to some where out of the multi-media section.

Replace the radio. It's under warranty.
