I was looking at the Dmax site today and saw that they sell a set of coilovers, Just wondering if anyone on here has any experience with them, how good they are, how low they go... anything?

my friend has them on his type x and work emotion 18" rims... he says they ride good and by the looks of his car going slammed isnt a problem with dmax... kinda price, but you get good quality and good life out of them:)

they're great coilovers. inverted monotube, perfect all around spring rates, rear mounts have a viewing thingy to see how much thread is left when lowering, front knuckle mount holes are notched for camber... and a few other goodies. best bang for your buck. I did a ride along with the guy that did the dmax write up on zilvia, and I must say, I was very impressed. they dampers settle so well after bumps.. and no up and down pull- bouncy feel.

dmax is cheaper than stance and about the same as pbm. i was quoted like a 990 shipped from togue factory. alot of d1 guys in japan supposedly use them.

These are some impressive reviews and even more impressive pricing. I'll definitely be looking into these.

If I were you guys, I'd definitely try to find someone with dmax coilovers so that you can do a ride-along to judge for yourself...

there aren't enough reviews to compare to the actual feel of these coilovers...
