Hey guys,

I hope this isn't coming off as a shameless plug (because it essentially is), but I've been a member of the NICO forums for a long while (7+ years), so I feel like I've paid my dues enough to plug my articles (if any moderator disagrees, feel free to delete this post). I'll be posting on here periodically with links to articles I have written on turbocharging in general (I myself have a smog-legal KA-T with 343 rwhp, so for those of you who don't know me, I've been there and done that!).

I think the articles are really informative and are a great place to start if you're new to turbocharging, and now when anyone searches on the KA-T forum about choosing a manifold or wastegate, this post will come up with informative links that will hopefully answer questions that would otherwise become new posts.

Anyway, here are the links. And again, if you disagree with anything or think something's just plain wrong (I'm writing my articles based on knowledge I've picked up along the way, so some of the stuff might be wrong or contentious, and of course I make plenty of mistakes).

Nice articles, very informative. Perhaps they should be linked to in the stickies.

Why are they in the Raleigh Examiner? Do you live in the 919? Haha the reason I ask is cause your info says you live in CT. I go to NC State, I'm not just trying to stalk you lol.

Awesome guys, thanks a lot for your support! Yes, I now live in the 919. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill (so I guess that makes us sort-of rivals?!) in May 2008, and I didn't like being away from the college environment/realizing that I'm now a grown-up, so I moved back to Chapel Hill from CT a couple of months ago to live with my bro. My girlfriend actually goes to NC State...I got her to transfer down here from a school in Boston lol. Do you have your 240 on campus? I drive there a lot to get my gf, and I've never seen a 240. In fact, I rarely see 240s, period. They're rarer than you'd think, and that's a good thing!

Haha, thanks WD. You can use the articles verbatim so long as you give me credit---I mean most of the knowledge in there I've gained from these forums anyway so I'd be happy to give back if I can.

And that avatar is pretty sweet huh? I've had it for a really really long time...pretty much the only one I can remember having.

That gig used to float around my email every year or so. Always makes me laugh, have you seen the video with the music? Hilarious...

If I borrow some articles I'll make sure there are links and credit is given for sure. Hell, if we use the articles here and drop a link that's just free advertising for you. I'll talk to Greg and work this out so the Article guys are in the loop. If thats cool with you...

Hah actually I've never seen the video with the music...I just saw the avatar being used somewhere on the online car forums and knew I needed to have it.

That'd be awesome if you link drop my articles haha, it's definitely cool with me if you talk to Greg. I appreciate it.
