After a sneaky crocodile strayed too close to a mother hippo with calves, a brawl broke out on the banks of the Nile River in Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. Even though the crocodile tried to scramble away, this photo shows it in a moment of defeat, ensnared in the mouth of an angry hippo.

Yeah talking to africans they don't worry about wildlife too much but they fear hippos like nothing else. They don't play.

Looks like a Motorola. I'm guessing the hippo probably lost reception.

Hippos - Hate mode whenever their babies are near by.

This is especially dangerous when they get on land looking for food(usually at night), and wonder near lodges and stuff. The babies are usually a couple feet behind, and the mother gets startled by the human who went outside for a piss.Next thing we know Peter Dews' lower body is found with its pants down. His upper body is never located.

I wondered if that stuff was any good. A bunch of billboards for it popped up around here recently.

land sharks.

they can run pretty f'n fast too.

and are responsible for more deaths in Africa than any other animal.

that said, the tiger is still the most badass creature walking the earth.
