ok. So my truck is still refusing to stay cranked or run at an approved idle. When she does stay cranked it sounds like 1 cylinder is firing and its running at about 150 rpm.... What I have replaced... Coils and Ignition modules... this will fix my previous problem of the rev limit... other "Fixes"... I have taken apart my Ecu in search of a short.. found what looked to be a damaged resister... replaced it with an appropriate .5 Ohm 2w resister. Still same results... Any thoughts??? I Have yet to check the Dizzy becuase i dont know where to begin with it...Please help!

Check all vacuum lines and run fuel pressure test. Check distributor and wires and cap and rotor.

OH check for ecu codes for a hint as to the problem, autozone can run that for free.

just throwin thisout there dont know if it will be helpfull but when i went to seafoam my truck through the brake booster line it seems to have the same effect as what your having right now so check your brake booster vacume line, then i would say check your injectors, distributor contacts, timing, spark plugs, make sure your plug wires aren't arching to your block

Cap and rotor are basically the same look for any rust corrosion or pits on the metal contacts. Make sure rotor does not have lines inside where arcing has occurred. Make sure the rotor tip is clean and not worn too much. Cap and rotor are cheap I would replace along with plugs and wires as no real way to test if they are just worn and or weak. Full tune up on older trucks is just good insurance and eliminates problems.

Pull the plugs after you run it like this. If they're wet, there's no spark.
