I went to check it out as I couldn't believe it was real. Walked in the door and yup...it was real. Everything was tantalizingly out of reach(I don't really smoke anymore) though because only card holders and members of some organization are allowed to blaze in the cafe. There were jars of tons of different strains behind the counter that people had donated. Their coffee was pretty good too.Neighbors in NW Portland aren't too thrilled but hey what can you do.

Find your local chapter head and sign up. I think you can do it on the internet too.I don't know if it costs money to belong tho.
