Not sure if I ever saw anything official on the decision to go RWD/AWD only with Infiniti but it's been the view most of us have had since around 2003. Their lineup seems to show it as being a correct assumption.

The way I see it:

Nissan is mostly FWD Infiniti is mostly RWD

Shame we won't see a true Q45 again.

With the economy and such I don't see the Q being viable right now. They didn't sell many of the last gen as it was.

I really need to find an M30 convertible. Its the perfect mix of retro boxy and modern clean, with the greatest V6 engine ever.

I see FAR more J30's than M30's on the road. Heck, I'd be lucky to see one M30 a year.

The articles author is incorrect in stating the g20 was based on the sentra........it was based on the Nissan Primera sedan.

The author has a mistake....beginning of the article says Primera, bottom says Sentra. Should say "Sentra-sized" instead of "Sentra-based"
