sr20det cams what to go with

got a s13 240sx with blacktop s13 sr20det. i am rebuilding the motor probly raise compression from 8.5 to 9 and all forged internals steel head gasket i have the t28 disco potato turbo greddy fmic 300zx maf 550cc injectors full exhaust probly run any where from 16 to 18 for boost. i also want to put a set of cams in and not sure what ones to go with i seen that the brian crower cams and springs are fairly good priced and can get them as a package deal what are the difference between a stage 2 to a stage 3 for power and what range of power and what will benifit me more
