1999 q45t cel came on for no reason

well i was sitting at a redlight,the CEL came on and stayed on,the car ran fine,did not hesitate or sputter,she ran just as smooth and stable as normal.im not too worried about it,but it is just staying in my brain that it came on for no reason.my friend has a code reader but its late and i dont feel like finding him,hahaha

she has 78k on the ticker and run like she is brand new.i just wanted some suggestions from the experts.thanks alot>>>>>>>>>>>>>>A.J.

Seriously... pull the codes and let us know - without that there's nothing we can tell you.

If it was a misfire, the CEL would have blinked, not just come on and stay on.

i knew you guys would say hook it up,i was nice and buzzed by the time i posted.

I am thinking its either a random misfire or maybe the o2 or knock sensor.i searched alot last night

but yeah i am trying to get my friend to bring by the code reader,i will keep you guys updated.thanks for the reply.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>A.J.
