240SX BBQ Fall Meet @ Seneca Park, MD- Nov. 22nd

Trying to have another BBQ meet before the weather gets really cold. Going to hold it at Seneca Park.

Time: Noon- Whenever

Place: Seneca Creek State Park11950 Clopper RoadGaithersburg, MD 20878

Park entrance fee: $3 for non-MD residents, $2 for MD residents

I'll try to get there early maybe get the same spot as the summer meet was at n the 'Oriole' section.



240SX owners from VA/DC/MD area are welcome to join in on this meet.

If you do decide to come, please be so kind to bring something.

I'm looking for people to bring chips, soda, dogs, burgers, buns for hot dogs and hamburgers...you know the good stuff for a BBQ. We pretty much need food, drinks, utensils, and napkins.

No Alcohol Please not trying to have anyone get in Trouble with the law enforcement so please no drinks.

I'm going to update this post with the roster of those that are bringing something to this meet.

In the event of rain, the BBQ will be moved to the following Sunday. Is there anyone that is willing to meet up with me early?

I have been talking to a guy who manufactures special exterior parts. He is willing to make a Xenon styled lip as long as I can find enough buyers. I know its almost impossible to find that lip for cheap. This is what he has told me:Here's what I normally do for group buys such as this:- Need 20 buyers- $20 nonrefundable deposit will need to be submitted from all 20 buyers, which will go towards the final price.- I will start prototyping (unless you have an original piece I can use), which will take 2 weeks.- After prototyping, I will provide pictures for approval on the car- Mould development will begin, which takes another 1 1/2 weeks

Carbon version: $270 + shippingFiberglass version: $200 + shipping

Not too sure how much shipping will be until I measure the lip.

Please let me know if you are interested, this is an amazing deal as long as I can find buyers. The website is jdpengineering.com if you want to see previos products he has made. I have heard no complaints and hear that he makes amazing parts.
