S13 SR20DET Valve cover torque specs.

I have been looking at all the FSMs, The s14 SR FSM says to tighten them to

0.8-1.0 kg-m which is 5.8-7.2 Ft lbs.

The S13 SR japanese FSM Says to tighten them to

1.2-1.5 kg-m which translates to 8.6-10.8 Ft lbs.

I also looked at the FWD SR FSM and it says

0.8-1.0 kg-m as well just like the s14 sr one.

Why would this be? What is the proper torque spec for it? Im wondering why the S13 FSM says something different than the other two??

I need to figure this out asap haha any help is appreciated.

I used the specs in the S14 FSM for my S13 SR and I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
