needs front and rear shoes, wheel cylinders hardware and master cylinder and drums all around, as well as a new fuse box. front seat is shot. motor trans and clutch, rear end ok. Not rusted out, body is pretty good. Is it time to give up on it?

City towed it to impound. Tried to get it back but they want 300$ or it will be crushed at end of month. I think its done for now. Just cant see paying all the repair cost plus the towing.
