my friend is going to be selling a comlpete swap sr red top with about mabe 60k miles on it . whats it worth?

complete swap motor trans .. fresh clutch ... new valve cover gasket and exhaust manifold and turbo gaskets.... turbo has minor shaft play....front mount ic with piping and hks ssq blow off valve... uncut harness pretty much drop in a s13 and drive wont need to buy a thing.
