Just picked up my 2008 G35x Sport.

I've done some reading, but I'd like a bit of advice on a couple things:

Mods: any basic bolt ons worth while?

Maintenance - This has 30k miles on it, I replaced the air filters, I have a cabin filter on order, otherwise this thing has been maintained regularly.

At what point should the differential and trans fluids be replaced? The preferred schedule says right now, but the other two don't mention a replacement. The car has lived a pretty easy life of highway miles to date.

Thanks all.

Welcome to Nico!!!

Very nice!! If it were mine, I would think about having the transmission fluid replaced.Check the belts and brake pads.

Sweet, Looking good.

You have some snow on the ground. Ahhhhhh I want some too. C'mon send some over. It was supposed to snow mid week but never did. It was cold but that's it. What temperatures you guys get lately? I think it was 4 below last night here.

Time to get all the winter toys out.

Snow is gone again. It was just a bad dip in weather (you can see all the trees are still green).

Average temps (highs) right now are in the 50's.

I guess you could go with intakes for now. Since its AWD, if it were my car, I would do a transmission and diff fluid swap before the snow kicks in. And you'd be good for another 50k or so. Rear brakes should be ready for replacement if they weren't done so already, and fronts should have another 10k on them. Other than that, you should be fine.
