I think I read that the 2k rear ratio is a 3.69:1. Is it also the R200 series or the R230 series? VLSD? Thank you

I know the Y33 rear is interchangeable with the NA 300zx (R200), so I would think it is also an R200 (though I'm not sure).

16 years of history has proven that changing the rear diff ratio on a 90-93 will not improve quarter mile acceleration because IF you increase ratio the QM cannot be completed in just 2 gears [1&2] at 97 mph. A 2nd shift into 3rd gear will take more than 0.5 seconds which is longer than any improvement new gearing can make with oem AT.

Remember Stillen cffered 4.083 upgrades back in 1994 along with Nitrous, etc.

As Richard Feynman said ....nature can be confusing until you do the math.

So I got a 2000 diff and axles, then found what I've been searching for, a complete GTIR rear suspension assy. The Q45 diff is a monster compared to the GTIR. I'm kinda glad to have "an extra" Q45 diff/axles set I don't need anymore, if you know what I mean. This is for a tube frame Sentra, with full GTIR drivetrain setup, but destroked to 1.4L with turbo.

Thank you for your help.
