Its a 1/1 scale model of the RX78 Gundam robot at Odaiba, Japan

oh yes... it lights up, moves, and steam comes out the vents... UM.. FREKKIN AWESOME!!!!!1

I was wondering when somebody would actually do one of these to scale....i can't wait tilli order my wing gundam zero custom, endless waltz, it's about a foot tall and cost like 300 bones...but this puppy is awesome!

I never really followed Gundam... I have a couple Gundam Wing comics... but that's about it.

But you seriously don't have to read the comics or watch the anime to appreciate something as cool as this

Omg the detail on that thing is amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing.I didn't even know it moved and light up and had steam come out of it's vents.The red circles and warning labels are awesome too, makes it seem like it's a real serviceable Gundam.

this is the second thread that I've seen that a nico member has created that is atleast a week (3-4 in this case) behind when the event actually happened.

That being said... I love how much detail they put into this and this thread delivers higher resolution pics that I haven't seen yet

Thats probably the coolest thing ive seen this year, while i never really liked the old school Gundams(00/Seed FTW), That thing looks frikkin badass.

I cant believe they actually dismantled it, couldnt they atleast donate it to some Otaku or something.

Been there, seen it, done that.

It's meh in my opinion, but I never got into Gundam. I will give credit where credit is due, it's very well done and has tons of detail.

And it's friggan tall. Can't remember how many meters it is.

Maybe just for you anime geeks, I'll swing by there one weeked with a NICO shirt and get some pics. Hell, Odaiba is only 30 minutes from me.

BOO this man!! Universal Century Gundam FTMFW! All other Gundams after U.C. were created by Bandai so they could sell more toys. The storyline in the newer ones are ridiculous "its kinda the same but not really" crap
