Anything by dei is good stuff. I've also had good luck with installing audiovox units as well. viper 350hv is a good basic one. But there are also others that are 2 way which also let you know if the alarm is going off.

Yeah that's definitely a good price. Nice unit too. It won't let you know if the cars being broken into though. Also if you want keyless they'll have to add an actuator or 2 depending on what trim 240 you've got.

same as what i said on nwn but figured i would post it just incase someone else has the same question later on

i would suggest getting one from zerothread?id=449135 he has them at about cost and just get the most expensive one its the best and still below the one that your looking at. and even tho it says it includes install it really doesnt i worked for bestbuy and it really isnt that hard to install one and you can make it as clean as you want then. also if you buy it from him he will give you instructions and if you have any questions you can call him and he will walk you threw it. and the install at bestbuy is 150 because the basic "free" doesn't include anything kinda a scam. and the one you were looking at is 3 channel so you can have 3 oprtions in the control while as a 2-way remote will go off if your car alarm goes of so that way you know its your alarm not someone elses. he also has remote start ones if you want one of those which can come in handy during the winter

just emailed and bought one from you. prices were extremely amazing and the technical questions were answered quickly.

not that you need any more, but just giving you more positive rep.

Im looking to buy a car alarm as well.

However I'm looking for one with 2way option and a turbo timer built in.

Any good suggestions?

Well, alarms do not have turbo timer option. You have to buy a system with remote start built in. The remote start is what actually keeps the car running in turbo timer mode. You can check out my remote starter and remote starter/alarm options here:

Please let me know if you have any questions.
