7 Deadly Zins

It's pretty good. Can't describe it in any other way because I am far from a wine Konashure. So far in-fact, I can't even get close to spelling it.

15%AbV is nice. Goes down easy and isn't a bit dry.

Not as good as a nice craft beer, but I ran out, so I had to improvise with a glass of this.

I like certain wines.

I drink box sangria though, so I'm not picky.

I have yet to find a wine that I'd choose over a nice craft beer, but for wines, I've found a couple that taste ok. This 7 deadly zins though is pretty good and won't be embarassed drinking it around people...unlike Boone's farm.

Will try!

Seems like my tastes change - often. Tried a syrah at a restaurant, liked it, bought a bottle, liked it. Bought it again 6 months later and threw it out - it was that bad.

On a side note, do "wine-people" never brush their teeth? Because if you have, in the past few hours, ALL wine tastes awful.

I think that's what the cheese is for. It wipes all the toothpaste residue off and fills your mouth with all that delicious cheese flavor.

...speaking of cheese, I really like cooking (browning) a small block of swiss in a skillet and having a beer with it. With or without the beer, you should try it. Use a low heat to get it melted, then turn it up a bit; Flip, drain excess oil off, and enjoy.

...just a block of cheese, heated on a skillet? I'll have to try this.

It fits right in with my "things you can make all in 1 pan" method I usually stick to.

Apparently this is nothing new...and to think I invented it myself

I went to St.Louis and at this greek restaurant, my fiance ordered SAGANAKI.

Here's a youtube video, which is even more elaborate than what I make.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HosDv_fOIEA

At the restaurant, they poured a double shot of Brandy over it and caught it on fire, they didn't fry it in a pan, but instead seered it before catching it on fire.
