Need some suggestions on interior color, and no not panels

Ok so i usually roam around the site and post on other ppls threads but decided that id make one of my own on here. My question to all is.....im back into an s13 and i have decided to make into a track car. Right now im in the process of getting the cage done. After the cage i can go and paint the interior, this is were i would like to hear some of your guys opinions.....The car on the outside is going to be Purple. its actually the purple that comes on the 09 Honda Fits.....I know a honda color on a nissan.....what ever lol i personally love the color, here is my dilemma. I have 3 choices right now of how i should go about the interior, first is im thinking of painting the interior the same as the car and have it all purple with the cage being white, 2nd...Vice Versa...white interior with purple cage, 3rd is Silver with a purple cage or again vice versa, purple inside with a silver cage and lastly is all white. Im sure most of you have seen Risky Devils 180sx. His gutted interior inspired me to gut mine out and make it clean inside like his. His interior is silver with the cusco cage but i obviously wont be running the cusco cage. For those who havent seen it this is it......



I want the interior to flow with the outside of the car so i dont wanna do any crazy color schemes but what else would all you recommend?? If any of my choices are to your liking let me know which ones they are. And like mentioned earlier.....any other suggestions are welcomed

I would have to say the same. I just got my cage put in and now its off to get painted next week. I'm going with a all white inside (interior and cage), and may paint the outside a different color. (but for now the exterior is pearl white)

I would go with white interior and purple cage.

Let me tell you my opinion.

This is what I want(ed) to do.

Color match the inside and outside. The Honda colour you picked is great. I hope you choose to paint the whole car that colour.

If it were me, I'd probably go ahead and paint the cage the same colour too.

I'm not the biggest fan of the different interior metal colour. A lot of people go for silver or gray on the inside.

On my car, I had the inside and outside white. Loved it.

wouldnt sun reflect off the white or silver like a bad habit?

Yes that's true too. It was pretty hard to see out the rear windows at certain times when I had it all stripped out and white.

I have the glare issue with my car, but it's not bad. Just wear a nice pair of polarized sunglasses if it's a problem.

Personally, I like to see cages in a contrasting color. That silver/blue combo would be super clean and I can't argue with you if you go with white.

Also forgot to mention.....if i go with a different color inside should my engine bay be the same as the interior or should it match the outside color of the car??? What do you guys think would look better??

If you do that, paint the engine bay the same color as the outside.

Then if you really want to do a seperate color, go for that on the interior only.

In my opinion, it just looks so good when you do everything the same color.the white cage might be cool with everything else purple.

Yeah i was thinking of painting it the same as the outside color. Its just that I want to run purple samco hoses and anything else that i can get purple as far as engine parts go.....as you can see purple is my fav color lol but i just dont want it to be TOO MUCH purple but maybe it will looks good with it all just one color

but the Honda purple is super dark.The SAMCO hoses are pretty light I believe

If you want a really nice shade of purple, try this. It's duplicolor metalcast. I used it on my q45 calipers and it turned out fantastic.

Ok well ive also asked for ppl's help/opinions on (the other site) and i was showed these pic's....





Ive thought about everything including the cage being purple but i didnt want it to be too much purple you know??? Well i actually like it......for those who havent seen what color i am exactly talking about its off the 09 Honda Fit. its technical color is Blackberry Pearl, im sure many of you have seen this color on these cars in your city but just in case you haven't this is it....





Its a lil dark but i love it....i think this color with a carbon/trunk will look tits, thats just me though

meah, it was alright the people i went with pissed off my gf a lot (and they were HER friends lol). but other than that it was awesome.
