I know they use Skyline rb awd drivetrains in some 240sx's.

its a fwd layout car made into a 4wd so you are going to have a hell of a time sticking it in a s-chassis. If you want 4wd get a evo or subby IMO. If you are dead set on a 4wd 240sx using skyline parts is going to be your best bet which is still close to impossible unless you are quite the fabricator.

well this doesn't sound to far fetched if you think about it. Full race built an awd rb26 s14. Now i've seen people adapt rb trans to sr motors why would it be that much harder to adapt the awd trans (now that i think about it the rb25 tran's are the same as z32 other than the bellhousing)now wiring, installing and clearance is another thing but not in the realm of far fetched

but its a fwd sr20 motor that hes talking about, for a sentra it might work. Again if you were dead set on a s-chassis with a sr20 and 4wd you would need to run a standard run of the mill sr20 and get all creative using skyline trans, adapter plate, and lots of prayers... So in short... forget it.

RBs also have the front diff built into the oil pan. It's far easier to figure out how to do an awd RB in an S chassis than an SR.

Call around and ask people. It's going to be tough to get your hands on that stuff though. Ebay for countries that got the bluebird might be your best bet and hope that shipping won't kill you.
