Would a factory 02-04 Q45 spoiler fit the 05-06 Q45?
Shown on 02-04 above.
In 05 Infiniti changed the rear end a little bit. Not sure if this would fit? Anyone know???

Yes...the 02-04 OEM spoiler will fit on an 05-06 Q45.

Does anybody know what years this was available as an option?
Anyplace to buy the oem spoiler for less than $450?
My research has found this is not available through the dealer.

Try InfinitiPartsUSA or Jason Burtman. I believe the OE spoiler was intented for the '02-'04 model years, but ALSO fit the '05-'06.
