Just a quick question wanted to know if anyone had the answer

I'm planning on possibly buying a 1996 Nissan 240SX SE tomorrow and I was wanting to get some opinions on if I should get it or not. The guy who is selling it told me it had been in a recent wreck nothing big he had replaced all the parts that had been damaged. I test drove the car and it drove great it has duel exhaust, leather seats, cd player, and a sun roof. The only things that are wrong with it is the air bags have been deployed and the front tires need to be replaced which I have 4 new tires to replace them but am not sure if they will fit or not (they are p205/50 16) the guy is selling me the car for 1000$ because he doesnt need it he said he had 3 other cars and no need for that one. Like I said the car ran great and handled really well and was wondering if you think it would be worth buying or not.. thanks

ask him to take it maybe for a day than take it to auto repair shop and have them give it a good look over, but i would buy it in a heartbeat!

What kind of wreck was it in? As long as nothing is bent and rust in minimal $1,000 doesn't seem to bad, you might be able to offer him less especially since it sounds like he doesn't need it. How many miles does it have on it? Pics?

from the looks of it it was mainly just driver side damage fender and the bumper those were the only things that were replaced but he had dropped a new engine in there and replaced basically everything in there. He was originally asking 1500 for it but i talked him down to 1000. I can get pics tomorrow and post them
