Im trying to find pictures of MB battle wheels on an s13 because im going to be buying them soon and just want to see how they look before i buy them. Anyways i have heard that the size im getting 17x9.5 +15 offset weigh 21.5 lbs im just wondering what is an average wheel weight in that size.

I have a ka right now pushing maybe 170hp and im running 16x7.5 kosei k1s which weigh 13 lbs a piece, and im wondering if its going to be a huge noticeable difference in terms of acceleration and breaking traction etc... right now it feels really good but im just aiming towards completion with my car and these are the wheels i want to get, wider and a little bit bigger, im just concerned that i wont be able to have as much fun with wheels that size and weight for as long as i have the ka, Im going SR eventually but for now i want to be able to drift with the KA and not have it feel 100% powerless because of the wheels i am running haha.

Let me know your opinion, its much appreciated. Thanks

Just get some 17"x9" Kosei's if your worried about weight. Usually you cant win with looks and weight, but that is my opinion. (I don't like a lot of spokes.)

Yeah well see i guess im still concerned about their weight and what the difference is going to be since i have such light wheels right now, I love how the car handles and slides but not how it looks haha, Im just afraid changing these wheels would affect the response that i have now with the lightweight wheels

Big difference for me when I switch from 15x8 to 18x9.5, I felt the car was heavier, honestly I like the way it looks but I had more fun driving with smaller wheels.

Ill have to ask him but i believe it was just 17s all the way around. The rears were 17x10 forgot the offset but he had some crazy amount of spacers
