Hi all.

I recently purchased a Vq30det from a y33 i think, and i am putting it into an s14 silvia and have a few questions.

Firstly, which crossmember would be best suited to moddifing to move the engine as far back as possibly, ie rb/ca/sr?

and secondly i am wanting to run twin t25 or t28 sr20det turbos, how would i do the oil feed and return on the side that doesnt have them taped in the block.

Thanks,David

Interesting you ask, I'm in the process of getting a VQ30det+t set ip for my s12.

I'm going yo be using a very similar setup to what is used on the VQ35 Twin turbo setup. So similar in fact i am just working out which twin turbo kit to get so i dont have to worrie about exhaust manifolds, dump pipes etc.

You can create a T piece at the oil pressure sender to supply oil to the second turbo, or add a T piece at the oil feed for the factory turbo line.

So the exh flanges on the VQ30 and VQ35 are the same? Or similar enough that you can use the 35's turbo mani's?
