Shutter Bugs, Show Me the Way (56K be like OMGWTF Apocolypse!)

So I picked up my first digital camera last week:Canon SX110 ISI don't know too much about it but so far I like that it has a huge, clear LCD, takes 2x AAs and has tons of settings for many various shots, Im still learning them.

This is my first step into photography so I'm pretty much messing around and trying to get a hang of some of the basic settings and whatnot. I have several friends with Canon's and some with the Rebels so I'm hoping they can really help me out. Any info and feedback is very much appreciated.

Nice shots. I've been poking around photo forums and trying to soak up as much info as I can. I'm waiting waiting for my 30D to show up and then I'll be posting some photos of my own for people to critique.

Well Actual Content Is Pretty Nice, But Please Do Yourself A Favor And Get A Shuttefly Or Flickr Account To Host Your Pictures.

Photobucket Turns Picture Quality Into Crap.Makes Your Pictures Looks Like Any Other Worth Less Point And Shoot.
