Someone recommended that I find a freeze plug about the same size and T into the brake booster line.

Can I just get the port welded, or what's the best way to get it back in there snuggly? And do you think that port fitting can be hammered back out straight or is it fine slightly bent?

Is it cracked anywhere? If it's not you can just put it back on provided it doesn't leak.

For a cleaner look you can try to cut it below the bend, chamfer, cap and see if it goes back in. Freeze it or heat up the manifold and try lightly tapping it in if it's a press fit.

Are you positive that is PCV - not coolant? Looks a bit small...

Yes, lol. I unhooked my PCV hose directly from it.

hmm...The way I plan on running my catch can now, I may just have it welded back in and capped, or I guess I could use a tap + plug + cap

im pretty sure thats a coolant line man...not a pcv.notice no oil on the nipple and lack of the normal oil carbon buildup where pcv reroutes.

It's the PCV hose port. Thanks though!

I'm going to tap it, and thread in a 1/8 NPT plug:

Then go with:

I ended up tapping it with a 1/8 NPT and using a 1/8 x 3/8 hosebarb plug. Twists right in, to which I'll use some RTV on the threads. Thanks guys.

Weird, you seem like a spammer.
