2100 Miles and all I have are these crappy pics and a sore back.

Well as some of you may know I just rode my motorcycle from Denver so Richmond. I am continuing up to Pittsburg, but I just thought I would posr the pics I have already.

3 am in Brighton Co, the outskirts of Kansas it was too dark outside to get a pic of the outside.

7:30 am, my breakfast at Village Inn in Kansas



8:00 am some stupid gas station I passed out at cause of that breakfast.

WoooHoo central Kansas has nothing.



Finally around 1 pm I made it to Kansas City.



I took a pic of Memphis and That other City in Tenn but I cant find it.

Some chick I met at the bar.



Then for some stpid reason mapquest took me through the backroads of Hickville Virginia to get to Richmond.



Ok I will post more when I leave Richmond on the Fifth!

BTW this is what 2100 miles does to a rear sprocket, had to order a new one overnight.

I was moving back to Pittsburg From Denver.

SR: no there is no way to avoid that other than not using an aluminum rear sproket.

you get the benefits of the lightweight aluminum, but the downfall is its such a soft metal and the chain is hardened so I could see how a long trip like that would wear down your sprocket.

You had to come up I-81 at some point. roanoke's right off of it. I'm hurt deep down on the inside now

Which back roads did it make you take? Probably highway 56 or something like that. Lengwise, it's shorter than I-81 to I-64. Of course, I would have straight shotted it up I-81 to Pennsylvania and skipped Richmond altogether.

I went up I-81 for a little. They took me through Lynchburg to Va 636 to RT 15 into Richmond. So outta the way.
