Does the Q45 have either one of these. Trying to add a tuning module. If so explain in detail where it's located maybe even pics if you have some. Thanks in advance

The Q45 has a Mass Air Flow sensor located between the air filter and the throttle body. There is a five or six wire harness running to it.
